Introducing coding for schools equips students with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital world. It promotes problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. By learning to code, students develop a deeper understanding of technology and gain the ability to create innovative solutions to real-world problems.
The job market is evolving, and coding skills are in high demand. By introducing coding curriculum in schools, educators are preparing students for future careers in technology-related fields. I have to say thank you for this program. My son Brandon (Hawthorn Academy) LOVES it! All he wants to do when he gets home from school is code. He had his after school class yesterday and when I picked him up he said “That wasn’t long enough, I want to do more when I get home!” He’s plowing through it and has already finished the entire Intro to Websites Module and is now working on the JavaScript – Platform. He created his Ping Pong game last night and had so much fun doing it. So thank you. As a programmer myself I’ve wanted to get him interested in coding and thankfully now instead of focusing on being an MLS soccer player he is talking about being a programmer.

Homeschool Coding Classes
Enhance Learning with Homeschool Coding Classes: Offer effective homeschool coding classes and programs for computer science curriculum and give your child an edge in tech and programming skills
At Simply Coding, we understand and support home schooling parents and their mission to provide an education for their children that better aligns with their family principles and beliefs. Like you, we know from experience that young students excel in an educational environment where learning is personalized according to their unique capabilities and personalities. The digital revolution has arrived and technology is changing how young students learn, play and socialize. Children want to learn coding. Parents want to teach it. Are there free coding classes online? Yes there are! Code.org, Codecademy, Scratch are to name a few. Unfortunately, the skill sets required to teach homeschool coding classes the right way with a real text editor in the native environment is beyond the capability of almost all parent educators and these free coding websites. We are here to help and take your student to the next level.

My son just started tonight. I am interested in learning with him and may end up getting my own account just to keep up with him. He had already mastered all the free courses so he was ready for a challenge. He could follow along just fine on his own which was nice. Some curriculum is very confusing. You can tell that the instructors know what they are talking about but are not able to communicate it well. That has not been the case with Simply Coding lessons. It was very easy to keep up between the text and/or videos we never felt lost.

Even if you don’t see yourself as a programmer, it’s still a great trait to have.

My 11-year-old son loves the Simply Coding platform, especially the game designer. He‘s wanted to make games for a while, and although he’s tried Scratch and a few other platforms, this one took his skills to a whole new level. I‘ve seen him make great progress in understanding how coding works. He’s learned valuable concepts and tools that have helped spark his creativity. He takes a lot of pride in the work he‘s been able to create. The Simply Coding team has been incredibly responsive and encouraging whenever he needed help, which is a huge plus. The platform’s game designer guides you through coding three separate games from start to finish, with helpful videos and hints to ensure you get it right. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience—great camp!
