Youth will learn to code games, mods, and websites in the most widely used coding languages of our day HTML/CSS / JavaScript, Java, Python, and more!
Attract Future Students
A community education initiative and outreach program centered around our coding courses can effectively attract future students to your college or university. By organizing summer camps on campus, we can engage young learners and spark their interest in technology and higher education. These hands-on experiences not only provide valuable skills but also foster a sense of excitement about attending your institution. Ultimately, this initiative will help cultivate a strong pipeline of prospective students eager to join your academic community.
Coding Exposure at Younger Age
Introducing coding at a young age provides invaluable exposure that fosters a deep interest in technology. Children are naturally curious and eager to learn, often absorbing complex concepts quickly when they are engaged. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, proficiency in coding is becoming an essential skill for future career opportunities. Encouraging early coding education equips youth with the tools necessary to thrive in an increasingly tech-driven world.
"UVU Community Education and Simply Coding have had a wonderful working relationship for the past 9 years. They are very responsive whenever I have a question or need to clarification on computer classes."--UVU Program Manager DeLayna Crockett
Did you know that more than half of computer science majors as freshmen have never coded before? Every year the universities and colleges lose out on a lot of student enrollment because students only know that coding (computer programming) pays well and it is fun to do. But with college being their first exposure to “real world coding”, success rate is very low. We, here at Simply Coding are out to change that. Exposing youth to coding at a younger age is beneficial so they know what it is and what they’re getting into before making those big decisions later in life. Simply Coding makes it super easy to implement. We provide the coding STEM courses and you provide a computer lab or chrome books. We also help with finding a live instructor that can be in the room.
