Course Description:

Virtual Reality allows students to experience a more powerful side of JavaScript and HTML. This course assumes the student has experience with both JavaScript and HTML. They will learn coding concepts such as: functions, using the ‘z’ coordinate, physics, camera angles, lighting and much more. The lessons will walk them through setting up an ‘escape’ room with various objects that must be collected and use from your inventory in order to advance to the next room. They will be able to customize and expand this world as large as they would like.

3D Game Design is a very similar setup to the Virtual Reality course, it allows the students to experience a more powerful side of JavaScript and HTML. This course adds another assumes the student has experience with both JavaScript and HTML. They will learn coding concepts such as functions, using the ‘z’ coordinate, physics, camera angles, lighting, and much more. The lessons will walk them through creating their own race car track with jumps, speed boosts, and other fun interactions. They will be able to customize and create any track in their imagination to put into their game.
